I wholeheartedly endorse Trust Home for whatever work they offer. My house now has air conditioning, and it’s wonderful. Customer service is outstanding, and employees are always extremely courteous and professional in their work. “Adam” was the one who assisted me. He is a fantastic man with a tonne of expertise, and he will tell you what is right and what is incorrect. He made sure that a few mistakes that my heating company made in my home were corrected, and he didn’t even charge me. I adore how honest he is with his clients. He will provide you with the best recommendation and price. He is a fantastic businessman. He is a fantastic person to work with, and his work, in addition to his communication in person, illustrates everything. He will make sure that everything is done professionally while advising you on what is right and incorrect in your home. Trust Home Comfort was great overall to deal with. We had a friend recommend them after getting the run around from a few other companies. They were accommodating to our schedule, and our sales representative Adam gave us a “no pressure” approach when he showed us our options. He also let us know the available upgrades and what is included in our total price. Other companies tried to upcharge us for things Trust included as part of the package. They also went above and beyond and fixed some things that were installed wrong on our furnace when we bought the house from the original builder. I don’t do many reviews online because I feel most companies or services are average at best. These guys go above and beyond and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are looking for heating or AC, I highly recommend Trust Home Comfort!

They went above and beyond. From beginning to end a great experience. When they say Trust Home Comfort Heating, Trust is the truth. Adam made sure to take the time to make sure we were well informed on the whole process and made himself available for any questions. Ken and Wei were awesome also. They could have easily done a quick install and moved on to another, instead they took extra time and care to make sure the job was done with excellence. 100% Trust. 0 worries. Trust Home Comfort has been a joy to work with. I received a few quotes and though I found one quote a little cheaper, I decided to go with them after reading reviews and little things like that they register your equipment warranties for you so there is no chance of missing it. From the sales process to the delivery and install I have been very pleased with the level of service. I had an issue the next day with my new tankless water heater, and they had someone there to inspect it with in 30 minutes. Great company!

Trust Home Comfort is the place to go when you have heating or cooling needs. I just had a new furnace installed by this company recently. From the estimator Adam detailed home visit, to the custom service personnel Van timely response, and to the competent installers who completed the final work, the whole process was nothing but wonderful! It feels like the staffs in this company are contributing their best traits to the company and subsequently providing the best service to the customers. They are both personal and professional doing their job. Highly recommend this team to anyone who need furnace, air conditioner or water heater repaired or replaced. Please don’t hesitate to pass it along to your friends or neighbours if you get good service from them as well!

Big shout out to the whole team who was the first company able to accommodate us, send us Adam to give us a quote which was a great experience with no pressure at, all pretty cool dude and great personality. No upselling, and straight to the point. In few days they were able to set up an appointment and install our AC. The team who installed the AC were quick and amazing people. Great conversation with the team. There was one very minor thing that needed to be addressed and Len who I spoke with wanted to set up an appointment to get it resolve right away making sure I was satisfied. I could tell that customer satisfaction and is what they aim for. Over all I made the right decision to trust- Trust Home Comfort. I can’t wait to have my start up appointment once the weather gets warmer. Thank you team!

Adam came to my home for the quote as my water heater tank had stopped working. Same day, he also gave us good quotes on AC and furnace installation. I found him friendly and competent. Van patiently spent time with me for pricing and options. As scheduled, Jordan and Harley were on time and completed the installation of air conditioning system, furnace, water heater and thermostat. A strong attention to details was shown and they were able to walk me through the installation. Fully satisfied with the services offered. Clean and competent. Hope they will continue the same spirit of job for maintenance services too in future when needed.
